Suspension, Lift, and Tire Advice

My suspension is tired, my tires are near bald, and im looking to spend some cash in the next month or two. So help me out guys!
First up suspension, im going with bilstein front and rear, mainly because of their reputaion as giving great firm ride quality. Total: $310 + shipping
Second is a small lift, pretty set on the Rough Country 2 inch lift kit, good price and have heard good things. Total: $150 + shipping
So the total for the suspention and lift, not including shipping or labor (which my indy will do for an awesome price) coming to $460, not half bad. So any advice, changes, or words of wisdom about all that?
Last but not least, and most important to me is tires. Gonna be my first winter driving with my son in the car, I want the best for a great price, and ill be going with firestone destination A/T's. Right now im running 255/70/17's on the stock suspension with just a tiny bit of rubbing at full lock. So obviously with the small lift I want a bigger tire under there...
Option one- destination a/t in 255/75/17. Total: $612 for 4 tires.
Option two- destination m/t in 255/75/17. Total: $844 for 4 tires.

So the help I need is the tires, what can I fit under it with that lift, is 255/75/17 all im getting under there? And between the A/T and M/T, what do you guys think? I know the A/T's wear like iron with proper care, what about the M/T's? Im VERY open to suggestions guys so let them fly, but im trying to keep it under $1,500 for the whole deal, preferably lower then that.
Thanks in advance!

Destination M/T is back order nationwide. I wanted that tire too.

You should get the tires in my signature.

This link will tell you everything you need to know. Stick with BFG. The KM2's are my next tires.

I don't know much about spacer lifts. All I have is a chopped up rear RK spacer that I'm mounting in the morning.

255/75/17 M/T's will fit if you cut the bolt like I did and only rub at full lock. And I never turn my wheel at full lock anyway.

But be careful because you can tear some tread off if you allow somebody that loves to strain the power steering pump by turning the wheel at full lock allowing the wheels to rub.

^^Happened to me but I don't care. These tires are tufffff (a man's tires).

The only other tire I would try is the Destination M/T but they are on back order in 255/75/17 and have been for about 2 years.

The only thing I look for in tires is tread wear. BFG doesn't have it. Lol.

Why do I hear so many good things about the A/T's

Tirerack has a special on the KM1's: $50 rebate. Lol.

You get the tires the next day and you font pay sales tax if the ship from a different state.

Don't know.

All of the old old old men I know use M/T's due to long tread wear.

You mean BFG AT's??? Man..you can put over 100,000 on those. Lol. Seriously.

I don't care about noise. My tires aren't that loud.
