I dont have alot of trans experience, I am working at learning the craft...

typically if you have lockup condition I would lean towards the torque converter, especially because the vibration while shifting, you should have a fluid connection between the engine and trans and if the tq converter is locked up there is going to be no slip and you will feel everthing going on between gears without a buffer. Ultimately again not being a trans guy, this may be a front pump issue, the torque converter clutch valve sticking. Also suggested is possibly a plugged cooler.

if a do a service to it changing the filters and the oil would this avoid this problem when i look at checking stick when engine is at 200-210 temp the level is above hot when engine is cold is at normal range between hot and cold is that the transmission oil problem ?

overfull is not a good thing and could cause problems, but ultimately I dont know that it is your problem. If you do a service, inspect the pan for metal debris... if your fluid id very dark and you have like a thick dark buildup, Its likely clutch material from something slipping, like an underdrive/ low reverse clutch packs. If you have metal you have other issues, and ultimately metal debris may be something causing your TCC valve to stick... who knows.
