Software Updates to the RHR

I installed the RHR, and am currently running SW version 1.911 and Gracenotes 3265. Does anyone know what the current software version should be, and if there are updates?

I have the same question.

I have a 2011 Dodge Challenger built May 31 2011 with a 730N RHR running same the application and gracenotes versions as ccarper.

You are better than me, I have 1.908 and have many bugs I would like to see fixed

2.110 would be nice. Someone needs to find the file so we can all update our 730n which seems to forget my home address and other things. Gets pretty annoying.

Snipe does your version of the Software still have the same problems of losing presets, home address, and pois like the previous versions or has it been fixed?

I'm at our dealer now and they agree 2.110 is likely the latest. We have it (it came with the vehicle), and nav home and station presets still disappear. However, I suspect it has something to do with the 1/2 driver memory settings. Now when we change either of them, we first turn off the RHR. Too, we don't tie either key fob into driver memory. Since then nothing has disappeared, but it's too early to be sure this isn't just luck of the draw.

In any event, 2.110 obviously does not resolve disappearing nav home and station presets. :(

(Later) The dealer spent the better part of an hour with Chrysler trying to make headway on the RHR memory issue. The folks they talked to at Chrysler have nothing on it -- it was all news to them. In the final analysis, their recommendation was the obvious: wait until the next firmware release after v2.110. Whatever, it seems that word about this problem simply isn't getting through to headquarters for whatever reason(s).

I just called my dealer and talked to the idiot on the phone. I told him I'm running 1.908 and asked him if this was the latest. He told me he didn't know and to upgrade I'd have to buy a disc for $300 from the parts department. I paid 60k for this car and I want to have the latest software.

How do I go about updating?

You have to tell them you are having issues ... and then the happy idiots at least make an effort. :)

What is the latest version for my device so I can tell them what I want?

Re: Software Updates to the RHR

tell them that your saved home address keeps erasing itself and your presets keeps disapearing.

That should do it... then ask them .... do I have the latest update?

Sounds like a good angle to work. What is the latest version so I make sure they give me the most recent update?
