Customizing the EVIC

I did a search of the forum and checked the manual, but I haven't found any info on customizing the layout of the EVIC.

My last Jeep was a 2002 JGC SE. I would set the odometer reading to show me the trip miles. I knew I could get roughly 300 miles per tank, so I'd have a good idea when I needed a fill-up. I'd use the DTE function in the overhead computer to double check my gas mileage.

I love the digital readout of my 2011 for the mph since the gauges are a little hard to always see unobstructed due to where I have the steering wheel set.

However I would like to be able to see either the DTE or the trip miles, while accessing the vehicle speed menu, instead of the odometer. Switching back and forth between the menus to get this info so far has been a pain.

Anyone know of a way to customize the EVIC layout?

thanks,

I've messed with all of the settings and I don't think you can view them both at the same time.

not possible with the stock evic settings.

would be nice, though.

Would also be nice if the stock EVIC had a time display. I know I can see the time over at the 430 display but it would be nicer if I didn't have to look there...

Or I guess you could keep the "dashboard" screen up on the nav!
