Have you tried shopping VLEDs for some kick ass white LED replacement bulbs? Those can work wonders. Their platinum series is ridiculously good. I have a 90 something SMT LED bulb in my reverse and it's a HUGE improvement over the stock incandescent bulb

Where can I get them I need them bad not that I am hitting things just I need to see lol

Here you go...I've got the 92 LED ones listed at $59. That gets you a pair of bulbs.

What tony ^ said. Another option is HID reverse but you will need to do some wiring

I put Silverstar headlight bulbs in my old set of tails...worked great, but you need to get crafty with epoxy and bulb holders, etc. The ridiculous LED option is usually enough for most, especially with your WK's clear lens. Mine is frosted/diffused, so you'll probably do even better than I do.

I saw hid backup light I forget where but I think I will just use the led for now

i have the VLEDS Platinum White and they are awesome.

but you have an 09. so you need a 921 bulb

like this. the early wk used 3157 BUT yours does NOT. 921.

im interested in these too but i noticed this at the bottom...

WARNING
Not for use in continuous on applications such as DRLs. Bulb failure may occur if on high output mode for more that 15 minutes due to over heating.

Re: Brighter back up lights

BE SURE TO GET THE CORRECT TYPE BULB. SOME HAVE POSTED INACCURATE BULB LINKS FOR THE 2009 WK.

The reverse bulb is a 921 on the 07 and UP WK.

Please do not buy 3157 bulbs as others have suggested. they wioll not FIT.

THESE ARE ALL THE CHOICES YOU HAVE FROM VLEDS
