2" lift?

Hi everyone,

I've started to get the itch again to add something to my Jeep. I was wondering for those of you who have done a 2" lift how does it effect the handling of the Jeep and how would it effect the gas milage? Also do you think I could get by with keeping the stock rims and tires on the Jeep. I currently have the largest size that you can fit on the WJ without a lift.

Thanks!

This is mine with a 2.5" lift with the stock wheels and tires.I ran it for quite a while like that. Even now with the bigger tires mileage didn't suffer much if any.If you put the best shocks you can on there you will notice little change in handling.

I added 2" Daystar + Bilstein 5100 shocks. Beautiful handling. Am very pleased. My diehard Jeep buddy who rock crawls out west drools over my Jeep and how well it drives and looks. ;)

Thank you! I like the look of it. Now the next thing is finding the money. Do you think upgrading the sway bars would improve the handling with the lift kit? Also any pictures of the jeep tkdgirl ?
