Will a dodge fobik work for a 2010 jeep wk? i have 2 dodge fobik's but my dealership told me that they have different frequencies and tried selling me 2 fobiks for like 300 a peice but i think they were bsing

they can not be re-programmed if that is what you are asking.

As far as I know, as long as the dodge keys haven't been programmed to another car already they should work.

If you have two keys, you can do the programming yourself. If not, they have to be done at the dealership (they charged me $80 to program my 2nd key, now I can duplicate them myself).

I bought my 3rd key from (around $130 I believe) and programmed it myself (free).

There are different part numbers for different vehicles. Sorry.

case in point, we had a guy with a 10' challanger srt8 in to have an E-bay key he bought cut and programmed. It programmed to the vehicle but when you would go to start it wouldnt detect the key (rke functions worked). Wrong part number.
