Looks sweet, I know where I will be buying my next set of rotors! What pads did you get?

Looks good. As mentioned, what pads did you go with and did you get them from R1 or elsewhere. I 'm looking at the Hawks HPS series. Let us know which you went with and how they hold up.

Re: R1 Concepts E-Line Drilled/Slotted Rotors

over time you will notice that the pad doesnt touch the rotor all the way across. so at the outer edge and the inner part closest to the hat/hub get some rust when washed and such. now the part that the pad TOUCHES the rust goes away first time you hit the brakes......well NOT in those areas so you get to rust circles. the same happens with the slots but they do go away from the dust as you drive but NOT the rings.

i have been looking at rust neuralizers but they say not to use on something that gets hotter than 200....and i would bet your rotr at times get way hotter than 200 degrees.

anyway i like them and all but i need to get rid of this rust......may just try paint IDK.

I did this whole thing backwards guys lol i needed pads bad so i went to my local autozone and got the Duralast Gold Pads and now I got the Rotors and hardware kit now i can big time tell the diffrence.....As Rob mentiond my only concern is the Rust I shouldve got the Premium with the Black Centers Hubs but i went with these..Robb i paint my Rear BRake Rotors with High Temp Simi Black Paint and they have held on good for 3 years now once i see rust up Front i might Paint them with the same stuff I do plan on getting the rears but that is not priorty right now Thanx alot for the comments and R1 Concepts is the way to go for Rotors Very good customer servies and prices!
