I'm the new guy
Hi all! Just picked up a pre-owned 2011 WK2 over the weekend. It was time for me to get back into an SUV. It is the 3.6L Limited in Blackberry Pearl, with Luxury II and 20's. I had it on a trip to a wedding and the EVIC gave me 23.6 mpg average on our ~400 mile trip. Hopefully I get it washed up and get a coat of Rejex on it soon, and I'll post some pictures.

One thing I noted and will be taking it to the dealer...the driver and passenger climate control will not blow the same temperature air. If they are in sync, the driver side always feels colder. When they are not in sync, the driver side has to be 3-5 degrees warmer to feel the same as the passenger side. Am I missing something??

All in all I'm really excited about my purchase!

Took it out to try out the Quadra-Trac Deuce and selec-terrain in the mud (not this picture). Auto worked surprisingly well....Sand/Mud was awesome in 4Hi, 4Lo was great. And Downhill Assist was a blast :)

Good for you. You will love this jeep.
My old Grand had a temperature problem because of a blender door issue but this is the first time I have heard of it with the 2011.

Re: I'm the new guy
Thanks...I'm already loving it. My personal bar was/is set pretty high as my last SUV was a Lexus GX470. Not starting a 4x4 war, but it was a luxury vehicle that could handle its own. Granted this is a 2011 vs 2004, but the Jeep is truly nicer. I had read of Jeep's 4x4 heritage, but all I really knew was that the GX was basically a baby Land Cruiser. I don't rock climb or do what alot of you might consider real off-roading. I just like to make sure I can drive around the farm that I hunt regardless of snow, mud, wet grass, washed out gravel, etc. And that I can get anywhere in the snow, regardless of how much snow is down and if the roads are plowed. The GX afforded me that comfort, and after yesterday in the mud I can say I'm already very confident in the Jeep's ability :)

I'm attending a wedding in Erie, PA (if you aren't familiar it doesn't get Buffalo, NY amounts of snow...but it does its best) in January and I'm looking forward to seeing how it handles a fresh 12-18"
