Toureg utility.... I know a couple of guys waitng for them to arrive, but will it really happen?

Not sure, likely everything from the little petrol V6 right through to the V10 Diesel?

No idea on the reliability of US trucks vs. a Toureg.......maybe you do. I do know the toureg...should be called a boureg

The VW is of monocoque construction, more like a car or a WK, instead of shitter US trucks with seperate chassis construction.
The VW also has independent suspension all round (air opt) not US style live axle crap.
So effectively, while NOT a super heavy duty truck, it's not meant to be, but I would expect it to drive very nicely. A good compromise I think.

Of course, this is just a ute version of a Toureg with a longer wheelbase. The V10 is already available in the Toureg ;)
