PCM cover???

ok well after dave posted the picture below i started thinking...

is there a pcm cover? if anyone wants to go on some trails and goes through mud or water i think this is a good idea...

i dont know about you guys but im slightly insane. when it rains and there are puddles people avoid them. i go as fast as i can and go through them to see how high the water will splash:) im sure that water gets to my pcm after seeing this picture...

does anyone have any ideas of a box to create?

how about wrapping it in a plastic bag with a rubber band?

They may not be a good long-term fix... just my opinion.

I have to assume they are built to handle splashing too...

You have to make sure that the plugs are in all the way (no homo).

And using the plastic bag method is just good for a engine cleaning anyways. You really dont want to have a plastic bag on while the Jeep is moving. Even with a rubber band around the bag, it can still come off and hope that it doesnt get caught in the belt.

You could make something that could use those two screws on the left (towards the front). I'm just not sure how necessary it is. You should check out some of the off-road forums.. see what (if anything) those guys are doing.

Or melt with the high engine temps.
