NX-1 --- Detail on Chuck's '04 WJ after his off-roading adventure

Charlie, thanks for choosing NX-1 to clean and take care of all the mud you had on your WJ after the little off-roading adventure you had.

The service Charlie requested was to clean the undercarriage, motor, install new front fender liners, and to see if the fog lights could still be saved, there was a lot of water and mud sitting inside them. The wheel well liners needed to be replaced because the previous owner had cut holes on them to get to the fog lights I guess. He also wanted the quad tail light mod. And yes the fog light s where taken out, washed, cleaned, dried, resurfaced the lens and as you can see in the after shots they still look very good. The exhaust tip was also cleaned and polished, I used Eagle One Never Dull, it works great on exhaust tips.

I told Charlie that with all that work to be done on the jeep it needed to be washed, vacuumed, clean all windows, clean rims and tires, dress the tires up, and I would also wax it too. I also told him that it was too much to do in one day but he needed the jeep back the same day, I agreed to do it even if I stayed late. We agreed to take care of it on Thursday (10/1).

So on Thursday Charlie was at my shop at 8:15, he dropped off the jeep and I drove him back in my WJ to the bus station because he needed to go back home. I went back to the shop and started to work on his WJ right away.

BTW Charlie I forgot to mention to you that the wiring for the HIDs was a mess and I'm not talking about the mud on them I'm talking that there was no wire ties or anything holding them properly in place. I took some wire ties and secure them in place as you will see in the pictures.
I also added a screw that was missing on your front bumper, your bumper was hanging a little lower on the driver side do to that, after I found and added the screw now is even with the other side (you'll see pics of that screw too).

Definitely it was too much to accomplish in one day but I think I did a really damn good job on the entire jeep for the time given. You will still find some traces of mud in some places if you start taking parts out on the engine bay and undercarriage but believe me I stayed from very early in the morning to almost 2PM just getting mud out with the power washer, I tried my very best to get as much as I could out. After you and every one else the before and after I think you'll understand what I mean.

OK enough of that, here are all the pics....

Pics like these prove why NX-1 is the shit and why it will always be my one stop shop for all my detailing needs! Mario goes above and beyond the call of duty!

One hell of a job Mario for the time constraints you were given.

All's I can say is WOW!!! You did an amazing job on that Jeep! I dunno how the hell you made that engine bay look so good. Those fender liners were really hacked up. Amazing what some people do to their rides. Great job. If I or anyone I know ever want a detail job done, I know where to go.

Thanks Joe!
The pics of the engine bay and undercarriage look too wet for my taste, but once it dries up the finish it leaves is a nice factory look, it doesn't leave an oily film like other products.
Thanks for the kind words .

Thank you sir! That engine bay took a lot of work and time, I actually lifted the jeep again and from underneath I had to spray it as well, I tried to get it from all the angles possible. I air dried it, found some more muddy areas and went back and spray some more, once I saw it completely dried with no mud anywhere then I finished dressing it and now you see the end results.

I agree, I don't understand why to cut those liners when the liner it self can be pulled out and then put back on.

Thanks again! I appreciate your comments .

Fine...!!! Call me the Wizard Of Wax .
No man, if I had an extra day with that jeep, you would be drooling then. I would have taken pics of the engine bay and undercarriage during the day in the sun when they were dried, then it would have looked much better. But this job was more of a wash and getting rid of mud than a detail. That jeep still needs a serious detail and compound, polish wax job to look like new again.

Right off the bat thanks a ton to Mario for helping me out a lot. I didn't really make it easy on him since this truck was dirty as hell (those who went offroading with me know). Also, I had some time constraints since I needed it for the next day and I was coming from Queens and the previous owner apparently beat this truck up a bit. So Mario put up a lot of crap from me haha. Guys if you are in doubt, eliminate that right away. Mario is the man to go to for your detailing needs. I highly recommend NX-1 detailing to everyone.

As their 1st official sponsored vehicle I can say this with pride  So Mario can you sponsor me man? :D

But seriously the end results made this worth it. I mean the photos are Night and Day (literally but cleaning wise). Also, Mario thanks for helping me out with the liners, quad tails, and the HID wiring (I got lazy there and I planned on fixing it I swear). Anyway NX-1 is the place to go

And I'll be back for a paint correction in the future :D

Thanks for your comments Charlie! Your welcome man! I'm glad you are happy with the results, that's my main goal when I start any vehicle I do, for the owner to be satisfied 100% when he drives off my lot .

I'll sponsor you... what do you want a huge NX-1 sticker for the back window?

For now don't put anything in the back of your jeep, you'll find this... :D
