Keyless system question
I would like to know if the Keyless system has a setting to automaticly lock your car as you are walking away? My old cadillac did and figured this did as well but havent been able to find it.
Also I seem to be having alot of little problems with electrical stuff.
right rear tail light out for a couple days then comes back
service 4 wheel drive light has come on twice
not remembering my seat setting and have to reprogram
not detecting my wifes fob, she doesnt drive the car that often but when she does it will have all my settings not hers (even though I am not in the car)
sat. radio once a month or so will "updating channels" and when it does this it will do it 3-4 times in a row so you will have no radio for 10 min or so.
I am sure there are some more things I just cant remember. Alot of little things that drive me nuts on a car that wasnt cheap. Any help would be appreciated.
Re: Keyless system question
No walk away=lock setting.
You must push the little button on the door handle, or on the hatch to lock the doors. You must have the key out of the car, and on your person to make the buttons energize.
Really a fantastic system. Love not having to dig into my pocket to start, lock or unlock the Jeep.
Other issues I have not experienced.
