I will be installing my new Bizzaks this week on their own 20 inch wheels. How is the ride and noise with your Bizzaks?

The ride is good. Seems a little bit firmer than the Fortera's ( can be because they are brand new ) but defenitely less driving noise.

Yep, thats the plan. Normally not that much snow in Holland, but last year (due to climat changes ??) a lot more than usual. I drove a 2wd with snow tires, but had a lot of problems.
This year, with the JGC, things will be better. :D:D

Just mounted winter tires (20 inch Bridgestone Blizzak DMV-1) with their own wheels (Granite Alloy GX1 Silver Machined with clearcoat) both from Tire Rack. I do notice more road noise with these tires. I didn't notice any difference in comfort compared to the OEM Fortera's. Some pics...

We could get pretty cold in dead of winter here in northern VA with some snow (once in a while a lot), but I travel PA, NY, NJ so I feel secure having winter tires on the JEEP.

How do the Bizzaks handle wet (rainy) roads compared to stock? I'm thinking about getting them for winter, but our winter sometimes are snowy, and sometimes hardly any at all.

The Blizzaks are rated "Superior" (9 out of a possible high score of 10) for wet traction by Tire Rack surveys. The Goodyear Forteras are rated 7.9 for wet traction. From ratings and what I have read on this forum, the Blizzak DMV1s have a very good reputation. Although, it has also been reported they wear out rather rapidly if you run them too much in mild weather.

Thanks, I took a look at those surveys from tire rack. But the wear was the other thing I am worried about. If the winter turns out not to be so bad, I will be driving on pavement all the time. Or it could be a bad winter like last year where there were 2 blizzards and even smaller storms.
