MSD Ignition

I'm looking to replace my ignition coils, spark plugs and wires. I'm looking to use MSD Ignition coils/wires, and NGK or E3 spark plugs. Has anyone had any experiences with these? Are they going to be worth the upgrade?

If you're going to spend the bucks to upgrade the coils, why not upgrade to the 06> valve covers and coils? You'd also need the coil plugs, as they are different between 05 and 06>. I looked into this for my 05 Hemi LX and gave up on the idea because of the cost and no gain in power. IMO, lots of $$$ just to make it look nicer. I ended up just putting the Taylor Shorty wires on mine, and use NGKLZTR4A-11, Stock No. 5306 plugs. I also use the same plugs in my Hemi WK.

If you're set on doing this, you may want to do a search. There used to be an outfit that sold a conversion kit. Seems to me it was about $300 or so.
