deal or no deal?

Sorry for bringing up another "is this a good deal" thread. After months and months of shopping and deciding i think I'm ready to pull the trigger. A 2011 Limited w/Hemi,4x4, Dk Charcoal, LuxII and Tow pkg for $35,900 (before taxes). MSRP is $43,214. I'm thinking this is a great deal, but maybe I'm wrong.

The funny thing is, the used market on these is crazy as majority of the pre-owned overlands and limiteds are going for more than what someone can purchase brand new....i don't understand. And many of the listed pre-owned ones have 15k-30k miles on them.

A friend of mine bought a fully loaded HEMI overlander for $35,000 total.

Edit: It had like 20 miles on it.

I think that's a good price too. And a good choice on trim level, colors and options.

they are willing to swap out the 18" standard wheels with a set of the optional 20" wheels as part of the deal as well.

I really considered going with the QL and the V6, but I think I can live without QL and enjoy the HEMI.

Oh wow. Even better. I love the 20" wheels.

So you're saying they paid around $32K before all fees??? Is it 4x4??? That's thousands less than Wholesale. I can see someone getting a deal like that for a 4x2 model.
