Problem staring engine
OK so Monday morning, I used the remote start to get the truck warm before I took the boy to daycare. I think it was around 40F. The jeep started just as you'd expect. I probably had it running for about 10 min total before we actually drove out. The trip was only a little over a mile. Dropped him off and when I tried to start the Jeep again, it wouldn't. The engine would crank but not actually run. Tried several times but still nothing. Then I tried the remote start and it actually started the engine but died after a second or two later. Tried the push button again but still nothing. So I sat there for a few minutes, reading through emails and tried again. This time it fired an off to work I went. Come lunch time, it had no issues starting. And the last 2 mornings, probably just as cold as Monday, I did exactly the same thing, remote start, let it warm up then drove to daycare, turn off vehicle, drop off kid, and head to work, but no issues starting again.

I'm obviously concerned since I barely have 100 miles on the odo but I haven't been able to replicate the problem. I also found 2 threads but not sure they really apply to me. Plus, I don't see any loose wiring around the battery.

Thoughts from anyone?

Re: Problem staring engine
Bad gas? Except for that one time, it seems like the gas is working just fine.

Speaking of gas, I finally filled up for the first time. I tell you, this jeep is cursed. Cost was $66.66.
