General question obout TSB's applied
Purchased a 2005 Limited 5.7. Tried to get all of the prior service records since they were with the dealer that I purchased the vehicle from. Was informed that due to Ma, laws that the information would not be available due to "privacy" concerns. How do I determine if all of the appropriate TSBs were ever applied? Thanks for any info and direction.

Re: General question obout TSB's applied
You can put the VIN in the Jeep website in the owners section and it will tell you if there are any open recalls that have not been performed.

The dealer will also do it every time you come in to see any there has been anything since your last visit.

You can't look up the TSB stuff since TSBs are not performed unless your Jeep has a specific problem that the TSB covers. They don't just perform all the TSBs on every Jeep. They will only do it if your problem fits the requirements in the TSB.

I look at it as it is better to have a Jeep with no TSBs performed, then you know it was one of the few with no issues.

You should also create an account with your vehicle's info on the owners section of It will show you documented service visits to the dealer, and they will email you coupons for oil changes and discounts on service (17.95 oil change and wipers is a good coupon they send out).
