Seat warmers upon remote start

Well, it's beginning to look alot like Christmas around here. Got our first dusting of snow this morning along with 19 degrees of cold  Does anyone know if it's possible to have the heated seats activated when the rig is remote started. We have a 2011 KK Limited and my wife was mentioning even if the Jeep is turned off with the seat warmers on, when the remote starter is used she can't get the seat warmers to "activate" without manually pushing the button once she gets in.

The seat warmers switch activates them and they are controlled through a module, for example if you put them on high and leave them on high, at a point when the seats get hot they will be switched to low. So leaving them on when you get out does nothing the module doesn't remember that the next time you get in.

But to answer your question on the 2011+ Liberty, there is a setting in the evic called "Comfort Start" or "Comfort Remote Start", make sure that setting is checked to on and you should be all set. What it will do is cold temperature below ~40degrees it turns on the heater on high on defrost, and the heated driver seat, regardless of what you have them set at in the vehicle. From ~40degrees to like ~55degrees it just turns on heat and at temps ~70 degrees and above it turns on the a/c. Hopefully this answers your question. If not just ask I will go look at the exact procedure in my girls liberty.

Scrolled through the evic awhile back and never did see that setting or option come up on the display. I pretty much gave up on trying to figure this out because out of the 2 forums I go to and several google searches over the course of time I never got anywhere. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
