New HID's - a little assist please

Waddup all:
I just (finally) switched from my cheap eBay HID kit to a nice XenonDepot 5000K set. So far, I love 'em - better in all aspects. I have 1 issue/question: occasionally when i turn them on, 1 light will not come on and I'll need to switch my lights off then on. It's not the same light: could be right or left or both - intermittent issue; doesnt happen every time. Did i miss something on the install? All are grounded tight. I dont have any flicker once they are on, only when turning on. Thanks for the feedback!

i grounded at the drivers side (suggested ground) and same on the other side. I'll have to take another look, but didnt know if that symptom jumped out to anyone. Thanks!

Why??? Our Xtreme ballasts only draw approx 5A on a cold start.

If your ballasts are popping fuses that are >15A then I would suggest looking at new ballasts. The last thing you want to do is damage your OEM wiring.
