Wrangler silent armor vs Bridgestone dueler at revo 2

Looking for some opinions from other on these two tires. I think the revo 2 look a little better, but which is really better and which will provide the best ride quality? Thanks

I run SilentArmors on my XK and also ran them on my lifted XJ. They have great traction on all surfaces. I recommend them. I haven't ever used the Revo 2's so unfortunately I can't provide any feedback.

What size 18's? What about Cooper Discoverer AT3 or Hankook ATM RF10. The Hankook is a little more aggressive then the cooper so if you are doing alot of highway cooper would be better. Based on other reviews from people who run them on toyotas etc the new cooper is very quiet.

Just picked up a set of silent armors in 265/65/18 for my 2012 hemi. They are a bit louder but are great (handling/traction). I only have a 100 miles so far however. I ended up with them over the BFG ta ko as they are 10-12 lb lighter per tire which makes a big deal in mpg. I did love the BFGs (I had 3 or 4 sets of them) but never realized they were so heavy until i started looking at tires for my WK2. The silent armors are 10 lb heavier then stock which is making a difference on mpg

I can't speak to the Bridgestones, but I had Silent Armors on my recently traded Wrangler.

They handled well in snow, looked good, and despite what I had read prior to buying them had no noticeable impact on my hand-calculated MPG (That was on a Wrangler though as compared to the stock Goodyear SRAs.)

However, the only thing that really irked me about them was the sidewall color faded from black to a rainbow of not-black after only a few months! I know you can get sprays for that kind of thing... but that was disappointing. I've never seen a tire discolor like that.

EDIT: Just remembered/found this photo. The screw is bad news of course, on my brand new tire... but I think this shot really showcases the tread pattern of the Silent Armors.

I just put some BF Goodrich Rugged Terrain T/A's on my Overland and I LOVE 'EM. They are a very well-made hybrid and very little road noise for such an aggressive tire (but, that IS the point of the hybrid, I guess).

Just throwin' it out there for you to check out. And it's a VERY GOOD and TOUGH looking tire.

I've been running the GY Wrangler Silent Armors since day one on my WK2 and they are an impressive tire. I would highly recommend them!

We just put a new set of Goodyear Silent Armor on my wife's Wrangler, replacing her AT/S. And a set of Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 2 on my WK2. Usually she wants the same tires for her Jeep as I have on mine, but we kept "Wrangler"s on her Wrangler.

I like the looks of the Bridgestone better, and both are high quality tires for on- and off-road.

If you have 20's the GY silent armors are impossible to find. They have been on backorder forever, based on what some shops have said is that its a standing over, so until goodyear makes more, theres none around.

Another tire to look into is the cooper zeon ltz... 275/55/20 looks like a great tire.
