Automatic Transmission Fluid Levels
I changed out the Governor Pressure Sensor on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4. What I found out it that the manuals (owner's & Hayne's) do not show a fluid level amount to put back in. It says "Capacities Vary per model". WTH does that mean? Anyone have the suggest amount. I kept adding until it was showing full on the dipstick. Yes, I followed the proper way to check the fluid, but I would still like to know the recommended/suggested amounts for the 42RE transmission. Little help would be appreciated.
