Wood steering wheel care

Hi all

I didn't find anything in the search results on this. I was wondering if there is any care required for the wood steering wheel in the Overland? I have just done a couple wipedowns with a damp cloth, but nothing beyond that.

Is any care required for it or any of the other wooden trim?

Thanks

Just don't use any abrasive products on the wheel and you will be fine. The finish will hold up for many years, but real wood will fade and discolor over time (5yrs +) compared to the plastic counterpart.

No special care required. I clean the wood interior and wood wheel in my car with quick detailing spray and lemon Pledge, works great...

May I also suggest a sunshade on the windshield so the sun does not mess up the varnish. This would also help with the leather dash. I've had my Overland since 2007 with the Jeep sunshade and everything inside still looks brand new.
