So he continues to say they are only going to build "so many" GC SRTs to keep them exclusive. Do we really believe that?

Gotta try and keep the demand up.

He also said in a previous interview that low volume vehicles are getting harder to build and intigrate into the production cycle due to suppliers and cost benefit compared to high volume like a V-6 Cherokee.

Keeping the brand exclusive IS a good idea dealers sell an make there most money seling high volume lower priced bread n' butter cars.

Most dealers don't want nor can afford keeping 5/6 Jeep SRT8's @ 60K or 250-300,000 tied up in 5/6 vehicles... that may take a long time to sell, they could put 10 $30,000 cars on the same lot and make more profit plus for every up/customer who walks in 1 is a SRT8 Buyer 50 are bread and butter customers.

This is EXACTLY what happened to Pontiac as Bob Lutz said "Pontiac is a damaged brand"...Pontiac lost it's exclusivity.

You drive an SRT8 these days you got something unique and special as it should be.

No, just like the Shelby. With the price, it'll stay with the demand.

I think what keeps them "exclusive" is the MSRP. That dictates demand. I highly doubt it will be more "difficult" to get an SRT8 Jeep than it was in the past. You just have to pay more because it costs more.

...I think theyll keep them around the 3800 planned. I believe they have only built 1200 so far

That could be the case. Considering that demand is very likely to decrease, that number might be sufficient.
