Re-Calibrate Blend Door after Actuator Motor Replacement?

I'm replacing the actuator motor for the AC/Heater blend door on my 05 GC Laredo. Does anyone know if it's necessary to some-how re-calibrate the door travel after installing a new actuator. I'm concerned that the actuator motor travel will not be in synch with the door travel if I just pull of the old motor and replace it.

Does anyone have any experience replacing an actuator?

P.S. I am replacing the actuator because of a rapid clicking noise I get in the HVAC system when I start the Jeep in below freezing weather. The clicking usually goes away after about 30 seconds.

Thanks,

John

They will learn their own travel limits.
