Re: SRT8 Released in March
Surprised about the price, less that the Overland

If you change your cars often I guess a year or so with the SRT8 would be ok. I tend to keep my cars for a while and I wouldn't want to go without the 4wd capability for too long. The WK2 is much better for me.

Re: SRT8 Released in March
The Overland is $70k +ORC. Should be about $85k drive away.
I bet the price is much higher, if the demand is there. I bet we will not see any delivered before June

Re: SRT8 Released in March
My wife is now worried as she knows this car is high up on my radar. My car is up for lease next month, but I do not want the first series of SRT8 and seeing the fuel economy they are getting in the USA (9MPG), +25lt/100km is normal for city use. I think I would be in the 30+, which is just plain shocking. I think I will release my FPV for another 2 years as it only has just ticked over 26k km. I bet the 100 units do not last long as there will be many V8 Hemi owners prepared to spend a bit more to get the loaded SRT8. From what I have read there are not any options with it, it comes with everything.
