Travall Dog Guard - Review With Pics

Not sure if this is the right area to start this thread, but I couldn't find a better category for this add-on. I apologize in advance for the lengthy review, but I felt this deserved it. Anyway, like many of you, I am a pet owner, and, like many of you, I want "man's best friend" to join the family on trips or to come along on a ride so that I can let her loose at the river. On the other hand, I just got this brand, new, smoking hot jeep that I, in no way, want to damage, whether it's the interior or exterior. So, I searched the forums and web for a product that could provide me with a barrier that was not only sturdy, but also easy to install and designed exclusively for my vehicle so that I could be sure the company had the dimensions in mind during the product's design. Well, it was not an easy search, because many of the pet barriers out there had one of the things I was looking for, but would then lack in the others. Luckily, I stumbled upon TravAll and took a chance (an expensive one, mind you) as they claimed to have all that I was searching for. So, I bought the TravAll TDG 1322 Dog Guard designed for the Jeep GC 2011-2012. The company, http://www.travall.co.uk, is located in the UK, so, again, the item wasn't cheap (mainly bc of shipping), but, man, it does not disappoint. This thing is beautifully designed, so much that it should be an OEM add on option. Not only that, but it was so easy to install and fits perfectly in the back without hogging any space except for that which is needed. There is absolutely no drilling and because it has two pieces that anchor into the rear hooks, it is rock steady. Removing it is like taking off a shoe. So, in conclusion, if you have a pet, and you are looking for something like I described, this is the jackpot. Here's a few pics I took of the dog barrier installed.

Mine arrived within about 5 days if I recall. They ship extremely quickly. Not cheap, but worth it.

In addition to this (which is really cool), I need some form of a cover that would keep dog hair from accumulating on the back of the seats, on the side panels, and on the floor. My dog is quite impressive at coating all surfaces in hair and isn't too shabby at moving dirt around too.

I'm hoping something like that exists, but I haven't found one yet.

Great review. I bought the Heininger Pet Partition off Amazon, mainly because it was $39. It is in no way easy to put in. Removal is easy, but to install you need to forcibly extend the two legs and tighten down the nut. I knew I was getting what I paid for, but the one you found looks and sounds great even for the price tag. How much did you pay?

Thanks for the review!

Anyone buy one of these recently... they seem to be out of stock everywhere?
