hood alignment

i got my jeep back from the body shop and the hood doesnt seem to be aligned straight with the fenders. can someone else check their WK for me and confirm if the hood has the same curve as the top of the fender?
thanks!

I'm pretty sure mine does not have a gap like that...

I'll check this evening to be sure, but I think I would have noticed by now if it did!

yeah i dont have that either matt. we have 18 inches fresh powder and still coming or I would get you a pic/

there is an adjuster in the front.clockwise raises and counter lowers it. but its near the headlight so I dont think it would help in this case.

Re: hood alignment

theres several adjustments that can be done.,..the shop just needs to take the time to do it. Looks like the latch needs to go down a hair...and then adjust the hood stop up to push the front lip up even with the fenders.

Had a look and snapped these this evening. Lighting wasn't great, but I think it gets the job done.

Certainly looks like it may be slightly off. I tried to get it at the same angle as your pic from the side, but if I get down that low, you don't see the seam for the hood at all (it is behind the fender).

Good luck - hopefully it is just an adjustment at the hinge or something!

Then mine is certainly off, because when i get down low i can still see the hood.
