JeePerf.com does supply Polyurethane ones

Re: wk front bushings

Poly bushings are indeed robust but the ones I've used in other vehicles have all squeeked over any road irregularity, and need regular greasing with synthetic lube.

Our front Differential Bushings are a special variety of Polyurethane that do not squeak. I personally use them as well as develop and sell them. They did not squeak for as long as I used them.

Re: wk front bushings

I've been living with the really noisy suspension for almost 10yrs now on my 06 WK. I've taken it places that confirm it's my bushings and they lube them up and then they sound good. For about a month and then they sound like banshees again.

Shop wants $1500+ to replace them. i told them no way and that I've read online that it's just some bushings. I can;t do this myself, they said I'm right and I know what I need to replace but the parts + labor (mostly labor) are making this unreasonable - I should just live with it. What all are you exactly replacing and what can I tell a shop to do?

The service life of our upper control arm Bushings is about 4 times more than rubber ones and will not Squeek. With such mentioned labor cost, I suggest using an upgraded bushing set in polyurethane that will not need replacement in a very long time.

Re: wk front bushings

Do any of the aftermarket UCA upgrades utilize your bushings?

I'm interesting in changing out my control arms for upgraded units with the servicable ball joint and lift-compensated specs. Would be great to buy a set with excellent bushings, as well.

Ours will fit in JBA upper control arms. The JBA arms come with rubber Bushings installed which can be replaced by our Bushings.

Rockauto sells the bushings for under 20 bucks, they also sell complete upper control arm assemblies with new bushings installed for 36 bucks.

I wonder what the stealer is asking for OEM control arms, hundreds ?
