Red Brake Calipers
I saw a wk2 recently with a red brake calipers....It was not the new was an overland there any way to get red calipers on 2011 wk2 other than painting them...if so how long the paint last? has anyone done that? thanks for the response.

Personally I recommend taking the pads and retaining clips out and making sure that the paint jobs looks good.

Whether you use a brush on kit, aerosol engine paint or, aerosol brake caliper paint all of them will hold up for years.

My last car I used Duplicolor engine paint to paint the calipers and the calipers still looked good up to when I traded it in and it was on there for 6 + plus.

I used VHT Engine paint (which I think is duplicolor now)

I did it when I did a brake job and this worked out really well as I took everything off & remounted for prep & paint. No need to disconnect the brake line
