Best bang for the buck???

A friend of mine has a 12 Overlander with the 5.7. What would be the best bang for the buck performance wise?? He just bought a Mopar CAI, I know he waited a few months to get it. He doesn't want to void his warranty this soon, so what performance mods are warranty friendly? He is thinking either Magnaflow or Corsa for the catback. He also wants to add headers, anything out yet for the 12? Is there a tuner available (predator, superchips)? I own a 06 Charger R/T and have done a ton of performance and non performance mods, so I am very familiar with the 5.7. Is there a catch can available for the 12? Sorry for all the questions, but my buddy isn't to familiar with forums as of yet. I will get him on here and show him the basics. As I stated in my Newb post, my wife and I will be looking for a Jeep for her really soon, so I will be gaining knowledge for myself as well.

Thanks in advance.

I put in the mopar cai as well. The dealer said it wouldn't affect my warranty, also a plus that it was mopar. http://img.tapatalk.com/62715bef-036c-ba49.jpg
