Spark Plugs- Whats the difference?

I know many people must be coming up on their 30k mark for the V8 5.7L. Im only at 18k so I have quite a ways to go but want to educate others and find out myself. on wk2jeeps.com and the owners manual it seems the 2011 OEM calls for 16;

NGK ZFR5C11G

Now sparkplugs.com and other sites list an OE replacement as;

NGK ZFR5C11 and a Champion REC12MCC4

What's the difference between them all? I realize the NGK is the matter of a letter "g" but I assume it means something. Havent seen them online with the "g" only listed as zfr5c11. They are OEM/ Copper plugs, nothing special between all three however.. Champion plug is about half the price of the NGK plug.

Do you mind posting here as well so it is available publicly for other members who may eventually search this topic?

I went searching on the forums before this post and noticed NEK went with an iridium plug. I asked him why he went with iridium 9055 plugs.. Not the difference between the three choices I have above. The reason people go with iridium is longer lasting, meaning less labor costs and less spark plug costs overtime. However I had read the Hemi's are sometimes picky and don't like anything but OEM. Here is NEK response below regarding the Iridium 9055 Champ plugs he is running..

"The OE plug is a NGK and of copper construction. The price between copper and premium plugs times 16 pieces is quite a difference. That's why OE went copper. The Champion 9055 Iridium has a 7 year unlimited mileage warranty. Going to the Iridium will save the labor charges for 4-5 installations of copper plugs. Can't say as I've seen any siginificant performance or mileage to date."
