Re: question about some LEDS

My 2 cents - dont order any interior LED's from eBay - i tried "cheaping out" and I only liked 1 set of lights out of the 20 i've bought. Save your money and buy from a vendor.

I hear ya on the price and i'm not trying to tell you to do 1 thing or another - just passing on some personal experience :) There was just a huge sale on LED's frmo VLED, which was almost 50% off - a lot of us too advantage of it, just because of the pricing. You can try the eBay ones if you want, but i bought about ~$60 worth of LED's and i switched all of them. Good luck on whatever you decide

Re: question about some LEDS

VLED's for sure...I used cheaper ones from SuperbrightLEDs.com and they were "good" and durable...but not nearly as bright and high quality as VLED.

I like the e-bay link though...except the girl in the pic has no nips. WTF? They want you to buy their product based on gratuitous boobage, they have to at least provide some convincing shadows or something.

We carry the Putco Automotive LED bulbs - they are very reliable, super bright and a lot of Jeep garage forum members have them in their personal vehicles. Jeep garage members also get a discount when using coupon code "JGLED" upon checkout.

^^^

Yes, Putco or V-LED makes a wonderful choice.

Though I wish Putco carried more 5K options.

Hey Steve, do you have a Lumen count on this model?

Hey,

I'm not sure. I just emailed Putco for the answer so I will post once I get a response.

Alright, thanks Steve. I didn't expect you to email them based on my question so thanks for that.

I know many LED sellers don't post lumen counts but I just like to know so I know how much brightness we're talking.

Re: question about some LEDS

Absolutely. Putco generally uses high quality Nichia LED diodes for maximum light output and colour consistency.
