Vibration on acceleration

Hey Team..

So I been noticing that when I begin to accelerate from a dead stop I feel a slight vibration from my jeep. Its very mild and felt mostly in the seat. It happens at about 10mph right before the car shifts to the second gear.

Anyone else notice the same thing? I have a 2012 Limited 4X4 3.6L.

Also, I feel a slight vibration from time to time when I am on the accelerator cruising the highway at about 60-70mph.

Thanks,

CT

I have the exact same car, and the exact same issue, i noticed around 64mph the car seems to vibrate and it feels like a tire is low on air. I wonder what this is, now im starting to get worried its a bigger problem.

I recommend you both get an alignment at a shop you trust to do the work and ask to see the print out of the before and after positions. Also the TPMS are junk I was pulling my hair out trying to get all 4 tires the same psi and decided to use my accu-tire gauge not only were the TPMS readings way high, reading 36-38 pounds the actual was 29-33 I inflated my GY Silent Armor stock 18" size to 39 psi at all four corners the max load psi is 44lbs. Check your tires visualy for the max load psi printed on the side of every tire and stay 4-5 below that NOT 33psi like the door sticker says unless you are using the OE stock tires I still recommend checking the max load pressure the GC is HEAVY so running them close to max is fine. Also keep in mind all tire pressure ratings are under cold (whatever outside ambient climate you are in)conditions which means before the vehicle is driven and the air in the tires expands, in cold climates tires should be adjusted for warm and cold outside temperatures. After performing those steps there was no noticeable vibration other than the MDS drone.

Had to revive this thread..

Today after backing out of the driveway, I put my car in drive and hit the accelerator and got a strong vibration. Almost like the tires were slipping on gravel or something to that extent.

Im starting to get worried its a drive train issue. Anyone else have the same issue still like myself and member Play21CW?

Mine does it occasionally. To me it feels like I'm running over rumble strips.

I have have felt a vibration with the hemi when cruising down the highway anywhere around 65mph, trying to accelerate a little. It's almost like te vehicle is lugging. (Ever had a truck with big tires and tried going up a steep hill on the highway?) It starts vibrating and then it's almost a choking feel until you put your foot down hard enough to make it do a little downshift.
