SRT Plastics on X Package

this is a million dollar question. Would the lower plastics, buper pieces without the ugly black lower pieces. Essentially what I mean is the lower body parts all around for the vehicle. I know I would have to relocate the muffler to the middle but I was wondering if they would even fit.

The exhaust on the WK2 SRT is not in the middle.

Ok, then that would make it even easier. But the question is whether we could fit those plastics on

jeep only makes one fender but others have had issues swapping things like the grille.

so you got to do homeowrk. if it connects to same part number then why not.

be the first. take pictures.

if no one has done it thats gonna be difficult. try sending a PM to milous. be very specific as to exactly the parts you are talking about.

Re: SRT Plastics on X Package

Pretty much installing any SRT body panel is an all or nothing proposition with the exception of the rear hatch spoiler......

Maybe some aftermarket styling company could help the situation by making some fender flare adapters that would allow you to keep you stock front and rear bumper and allow you to stick on some panels that mimick the SRT fender flare shape to finish of the look of the flares. Then at least you could add the side skirts and fender flares to your JGC.

Fender flares: Straight forward (they attach with two sided tape)

Front Bumper: this is a huge one peice item with numereous related attachements

Rear bumper: Should be bolt on and integrates with fender flares

Side skirt/rocker moulding: should be bolt on and integrates with fender flares

Rear hatch spoiler: Seems to be bolt on swap (it is shaped different from stock jeeps)

Exhaust: The more than likely bolt on. if you have dual exhaust on your vehicle you would have to find some tips that work with the cut outs in the rear valance

Hood: Apart from the vents in the hood there may be other subtle differnces in the hood fitement ( can only be determined with comparative measurements)

You are going to have to take one for the team and start getting a parts list going to get the parts sourced.

Maybe a company would be interested in doing your car as a SEMA display who knows ...

Do it! ...and by the time you are done, you could have had the real thing.
