Found an Overland For what
Found this on Craigslist:

Parting out an 06 Grand Cherokee Overland. NO DRIVETRAIN------BODY AND INTERIOR ONLY. Wrecked on pass. side. Good Driver doors, driver rear quarter, hatch, hood, interior.....NO SEATS. Complete dash, climate controls, guages, radio-6 disc changer. All Glass good, sunroof, rear bumper, tail lights, driver headlight, carpet, interior panels--gray. Body is black. Airbags intact, complete steering wheel, console. Woodgrain is sold. Prices to SELL!

We are using engine, trans, front and rear suspension on another project. We will be using the wheels for a while so they are not available right now.

The whole vehicle is NOT FOR SALE. Only the parts listed.

I haven't seen the vehicle yet but I figure I'd check out the 6 disc, carpets, maybe bumpers / side skirts? (how close are overlands to srt?). Anything else that might be worth looking into? I have a fairly stock WK Laredo right now..

Re: Found an Overland For what
The Overlands look indistinguishable from laredos minus the chrome or platinum bling. Your bumpers won't be any different.

Re: Found an Overland For what
may have painted power mirrors. not just power mirror....POWER FOLDING. there is a special sw on the drivers door panel to see.

the side skirts.

chrome door trim is valuable.

inner door panels crack around handles so if they in good shape.

Re: Found an Overland For what
I've seen that vehicle personally, have taken the REC nav radio/CD changer and all the woodgrain from it for my Grand Cherokee. They had a guy interested in some of the other pieces, but last I knew it was still largely intact. Impact on the right side was pertty hard, right at the pillar between front/rear doors, but it looked like it could have been repaired. I was surprised it had been declared as totaled by whoever the insurance company was. The guy I bought my pieces from and communicated with was great.

06 Overlands have bright aluminum foldiing power mirrors, which are unique to that model.
