what makes you guys better than K&N? I Have $300 in amazon credit that I can't spend on you guys unless I'm convinced! K&N Sells on there though so I'm curious...do you have a clip of what we could expect to hear on an otherwise stock 3.7 engine?

Hello mcalc55,

The big difference between the 2 products are going to be the Overall Quality of Components, and the Fit & Finish.

These are not differences you are going to see comparing pictures on the internet, however if you had both systems on a bench and assembled them both, you would know exactly which you would want to install on your vehicle.

I do not have a sound clip for the 3.7L.

Thanks,
David

What kind of increase in fuel economy can be expected from this product?

We don't publish mpg gains because there are way too many factors that influence mpg, including driving habits, terrain, age and condition of the vehicle, etc, etc. That said, it is not at all uncommon to see fuel economy increases from 1-3 mpg. Most people see a moderate gain once the engine adjusts to the additional airflow, and the driver adjusts to the improved performance!

I'm actually thinking of switching from K&N from the picture above do you guys directly connect to the tb or the box cause I know my K&N connects to the box I seen some v8s connect straight to the tb... Any info if it makes a difference or not as well?

Alex47er,

Our system eliminates the factory intake resonator box, and mounts directly to the Throttle body. We have designed it this way to eliminate any restrictions found in the resonator, to allow maximum air flow.
Thank you for your interest in our intakes, if you have any more questions please feel free to contact me.

alex47er,

You should have no problem using a aftermarket TB with our intake system. They will actually complement each other nicely. Well I hope you feel better soon and when you do give me a call and we'll see if we can get something going for you.
Ben
