Corsa Install question for those who have done it:
Has anyone used the spring loaded bolts (OEM type) to connect the Corsa pipes to the OEM header pipe instead of the standard bolts from the kit? (Hemi)
I have installed my Corsa per the instructions and in trying to get the specified torque on the bolts my flanges have bent some. The joint is lined up as square as possible (which in turn caused some alignment issues at the rear) and I am still having blow by out of the joint under heavy acceleration. (I'm thinking the Corsa side of the joint is a little off, and/or under the heavy acceleration, as the engine twists it opens up the joint a little.
My thought is using the spring loaded bolts will allow the joint to slide around the gasket seal vise pivoting and pulling apart when the stiff rigid bolts are used.

Sounds like a possible solution, although you may want to double-check the torque specs on the bolts as they differ from non-spring loaded bolts.
How do you like the corsa so far?
