32 MPG Jeep V6 Pentastar?

I was at the dealer today for an oil change and some other work and while I was waiting I noticed a poster hanging on the wall which read, the all new Jeep Grand Cherokee with the new V6 Pentastar engine with 32 MPG. What Jeep GC with the Pentastar engine gets 32 MPG? I have the Pentastar and the best MPG I ever got was 25 MPG on the highway.

Interesting, are you 100% sure it said Grand Cherokee? 32mpg is simply not possible in the current setup as far as I know. The new diesel should be capable of 32 highway, but that's not even available in the U.S. right now.
Oh well, you got me!! My window sticker says 23 highway. You sure you didn't accidentally read the 23mpg as 32? Misreading the poster is the only logical explanation at this point.

I think you need to go back and take a picture of the poster.

With E-85, gasoline milage would be really high like 125 MPG (but 16 for the Ethanol). Kinda like a hybred advertising 53 MPG but not mentioniing the cost to recharge.

Anyone ever calculate how many gallons and how long a Prius or Leaf must idle to recharge the battery if no plug is available ? What is the cost to distill a gallon of 200 proof ? YWTK.

ps after the first fuel crisis, it was popular to make "economy runs" from Phoenix to LA. I-10 & downhill all the way. Tucson>LA would have been better but then would need to go through Phoenix & probably could not do on one tank (suspect the WK2 could - possible advertising promo few could match ? My digital dash displays instant MPG to the tenth of a MPG so could find ideal speed/configuration easily. Be an excuse to vist my sister).

I thought about that as I was writting this post. I have to go back to the dealer in a few days and will take a pic. It defenitly was the GC there was a pic of it on the poster. I am thinking it was a typo and should have read 23MPG.

Best I get is 20.5 on an average of highway and city driving.

The sign is correct. I've seen it advertised as well.
But that is Jeeps test mileage in perfect conditions on the highway in a 4X2. Real life driving won't achieve those numbers.
