Need help with salvage title pricing 2003 Mustang GT

Sup Guys,

I am not writing this post to sell this car here on JG. I am simply looking for opinions as to how much would be fair to sell the car for. I currently have it listed for 5500, I only received two inquires from craigslisters.

So heres the deal I bought this car back in 2006 with 18K miles on it. I knew that it had been in an accident and that it was repaired. At least that was what the seller told me. I was young, dumb and needed a car since I had just moved to Hawaii. When I purchased it the seller did not tell me that it had a salvaged title until he cashed the check and handed over the title that read salvaged.

The first week I drove it I noticed that I was getting about 6 miles per gallon. So I had it fixed, spent about 2k on fixing it. It also had some other issues.

I would like to sell the mustang before the registration expires which will be at the end of the month, since it about 300 bucks a year here in Hawaii.

Could you guys tell me what you think a fair price would be. Here are the specs.

The good
59K miles
new battery, air filter, oil change
I have had it for the last six years and haven't had any engine or transmission problems at all.

Needs work
There is a knocking when turn the steering wheel.
Pads and Rotors all 4 need to be replaced
Passenger side skirt needs to be replaced
Passenger side door rubs the front quarter panel when opening the door
Passenger side rear quarter panel has some scraps
Front bumper seems to be sitting a little lower than it should be.

Vehicle will not be sold with bullet rims and tires that only have about 2k miles on them, unless buyer wants pay about 800 more than the priced agreed upon for the vehicle.

Below are the pictures, how much do you guys think that I should ask for her? ? ?

Thanks Rob! I'll adjust the price as you mentioned.

Typically salvage title goes for 30%-70% less than the book value of a clean titled car. At least that has been my experience. Also if you have all the receipts to prove that it's been repaired properly than that will help the cause.
