Is the difference between daniels tinted tails significant compared to tails tinted normally..

Daniel doesnt use tint. he uses a paint concoction he came up with and perfected.

from what I have read normal tint is a film that you or a pro can put over the tails but it reduces the amount of brake light that is visible...I understand Daniels is a painted/applied on coating that also tints the tails yet allows a lot more visible brake light...

Ok Daniels isn't TINT. Normal Tint does peel after a while. It's vinyl BTW.
