Upper Control Arms from Rocky Road Outfitters

So it looks like I might be one of the first kids on the block with these new UCA's from RRO. I thought I'd post some photos of them before the go in so you can all take a look! I ordered them back in February and it's taken almost 3 months for them to finish the first production run! Luckily I don't really NEED a replacement UCA but I thought it would be a nice security upgrade as I plan on wheeling a lot this summer.
Here is a link to the RRO website description of the UCA's.

Could you compare the length of them to stock when you have them out? I take it they would be longer for lifted ones and the opposite for lowered?

For sure. I don't have plans to install it till later this week, but I'll take lots of comparison photos.

Very cool design. It's great to see more competition in this product line. I would like to see a version for non lifted WKs.

I just got the JBA UCAs and mine seem shorter than stock. They put the steering knuckle closer to the strut so they hit when the wheel drops.

Are the Rocky Road UCAs ride height specific for lifted, lowered, or stock rides? Or just a one size fits all idea?

IT seems that it says right on the JBA website that the knuckle will contact the strut at full drop of the wheel. One way to avoid it would be to buy the JBA struts which are narrower. Lets see what the Rocky Road UCA measure at.

The JBA web sits says "The original equipment a-arm hits the spring, which causes premature ball joint failure on a Jeep with a lift kit. The Jeepin' By Al A-Arms are compatible with all the lift kits on the market today!" I bet you got the wrong part number and were shipped Liberty A arms, not WK arms. Do you see a part number on them ? JBA 4.5 and 5.5 are for Liberty and 6.5 for WK and XK
