Trying to get cruise installed in a 1999 Cherokee

I'm trying to get cruise installed in my 1999 Cherokee

Got all the parts from the junkyard, but it doesn't work. As far as I can tell, everything is good.

I spent half today under the dash and hood. I get power to the brake pedal and it APPEARS that the system is working. Connection wise. I see 3 different loads for the servo, and I can see the switches to the computer.

However....

All the 'examples' I see of the main system schematic show the On/Off button
on the steering wheel as a switch without a resistor. On the switches I
picked up (I belive from a 2001) the CANCEL switch is the direct switch.
They are all in parallel, so maybe I can just figure out what is what.

In any case, here's the resistor values I see at the computer from the
switches

On/Off 920 ohm
Set 6.6K
Resume 15K
Coast 3K
Cancel direct to ground.

When I went on-line to see what people wanted for parts, I found one dealer
of replacement switches and they listed 1999 through 2001 Cherokee as the
same part number. Anyone have any ideas on what is wrong wrong? Anyone know what the correct switch resistances are?
