Manually close rear hatch - does your glass "jump"?

Is it just me, or when you manually shut the rear hatch (I don't have that fancy power tailgate) does the glass window seem to jump open a bit.

I can't tell if it is just an optical illusion, and I haven't had any leak problems, but it really seems that every time I "slam" that tailgate closed something weird is going on with that rear window.

Anyone else?

Yep, but it is still in contact with the gasket. It sure beats shattering the glass with the shock of closing the tailgate.

The GC is a tight vehicle. When closing the large rear hatch, all the air "compressed" has to go somewhere. It sometimes takes 2 attempts to close the hatch if you do not want to "slam" it too hard. Another option is to have a side door, window or sunroof open slightly - then the hatch closes easily without a lot of force. The flipper glass moving should not be an issue.
