Question on tire size
Bilstein's were just installed along with the rough country spacers. The ride is so much better.
I'm now looking into tires and sizes. I've looked in the forums and the threads and I couldn't find answers to my questions. Hopefully someone will be able to help out.
I'm going to eventually get a 2" rough country lift. My questions have to do with tires. Right now I'm running stock 235/65/r17. The tire sizes I have noticed on this site for people running a 2" lift is 265/70/r17, 255/70/17, and/or 255/75/17.
Since i'm running stock, obviously going to any one of these size tires will affect gas mileage. How much of a difference? Also, is one size better than the other in terms of height/width? My final question has to do with my spare? Will any of these sizes fit where the spare tire goes?
Thank you all in advance for your help.
