fan relay problems
the flap that goes up and down the the recirc is broken and most people ahve it and live with it.

can do 2 things, take apart the dash and swap the door or just prompt up the door so its open all the time.

some people just drill a hole thew the door and tie wrap it to the grill cover others get a coat hanger and bend it the right size to keep it up and hold it in place by screwing it in.

Re: AZC error code 52?
I think you could better open a new thread for your problem, for more people to see it, because it has nothing to do with the original thread.
When you talk about the fan switch, you are probably talking about the fan relay, which is under the passengers side headlight?
Many times this relay is changed, and after a while goes bad again. This is most of the times caused by a bad fan motor, which draws too much current. You changed the fan already as well. Did you change the fan motor at the same time as the relay, or afterwards? I would start now looking for the fuses, to be sure that they are not blown. Then you could run a wire directly to the fan, to see if it works ok. If both is ok, its most probably the relay again or wiring.
