installed the rola rack and some feedback

finally got around to posting this i got my rola rack and warn lights put on.
all im going to say is you get what you pay for i wasn't exactly happy with the quality but i do like the overall look of the rack. the welds aren't cleaned up at all there where scuffs all over the rack and the wind deflector and the sticker on the back was so crooked i just took it off.

try posting them to an Image hosting site like photobucket and posting the IMG link.

Yep, what he said...

you should still be able to directly link pictures from another website so as stated if you go to photobucket, upload the pictures then click the "direct url" link (it will copy automatically) then come here, click on the little yellow button that looks like 2 mountains and the sun and paste the copied url in the box that pops up. viola!

No, upload the picture to photobucket or other image hosting site. Then direct link it into your post.

An account is free there... And yes you could post them from here until some changes were made to encourage paid memberships. You can find information about the changes that were made look in the site news forum for a thread on the topic... I'm on my phone or I would paste a link.

Since this is a thread is about your Rola and not Photobucket, I figured I would try and get things back on track. LOL

Did you do a search or read any reviews before you bought it?

Everyone says the same thing about it. Not the best built rack but best rack you can buy for $180.

Did you buy it at etrailer?

I got my mine from them, had to return 2 times before I got one that wasn't banged up, scratched and dented. Honestly I think one of them was actually used, it was already rusted.

Since its 2 pieces you should either weld it together or use some black tub and tile caulk to seal the 2 together. I also truck bed lined mine before I put it on. Mine looks great and works well. Well worth the $180 I spent on it. Would I rather have a Gobi, yes but that's not going to happen anytime soon. So I am very happy with Rola.

or you could support a good forum. or just learn to upload photos, since that is a basic function of the internet since forever.

also, you get what you pay for. a cheap roof rack is probably gonna need some work to get it going perfect, but people here are more than happy to assist you in how to get your accessories looking beautiful.
