Help with post accident concerns

To summarize the story I was on the highway doing about 60 and hit a drive shaft with half the U joint attached to it, with the rear right wheel. Not Good. I just got the Jeep back after about twelve days, they replaced the rim tire and a mounting bolt on the caliper. When the rim bent up it hit the caliper, locking up that wheel and breaking the bolt.

Now to the problem. I drove it on a trip this weekend 3 hours each way, everything seemed fine. I mightttt feel a slight vibration in the back but it could be in my head. On the way back however I got a "Service 4wd" message on the display...

Any thoughts?

i would take it back to the shop and have them go over everything again. if they cant fix it i would call your insurance co. and have it dropped off at a jeep dealership.
