Found some stuff on the C-List for my WJ. I need your opinions!

Some of you may not have seen me around here much, and i apologize for that! ive been a little busy. Did a little work to the Jeep, got my bumpers and side cladding on and painted. Washed her and Waxed her, and also cleaned the factory rims that were covered in brake dust when i got the Jeep.

Anyways, i was browsing Craigs the today and i found a 2002 Jeep WJ that is being parted out because the 4.0 went out. i have the gray and black cloth interior, this Jeep has all black power leather. he wants $200 all of the leather interior. I found a BB lift, i had found a couple sets of rims i like.

So my thoughts begin... good prices?

Black power leather interior $200 (Judging by the ONE picture of the interior, it looks to be in good shape, drivers seat, idk.)

$100 for the BB lift with shocks?
Who needs a picture, right?

i found 4 like new Freedom edition 17" wheels for $600

pic, but not needed. it seems to be in good shape

transmission from a 4.0 (like mine) for $200

black silver blade rims for $300

4 16" off of a JK for $175

5 16" 2012 JK rims for $125

5 2007 Jeep Rubicon 17" Wheels and tires (48K miles!) $400

full set of 2008 JK rims and 80% tires life $500

Just as an info, there where several options of power seats available: 6 way drivers powerseat and manual passengers seat, 6 way drivers and passengers power seat, 10 way drivers power seat and 6 way passengers power seat and last 10 way drivers and passengers power seat (with memory function).
They could also have seat heater elements in them. If you would be interrested to use the memory seat function and/or the seat heaters, you should also get the memory seat module or memory/heated seat module and the memory switch. Not sure if the door modules are all the same, since the memory switch is connected to the drivers door module.

Frank, i was beginning to wonder whether or not they were all the same. being as that the Jeep the interior would be coming from has a 4.0 Select-Trac Laredo, i would be inclined to believe that it is the same as mine (6 way drivers, manual passenger) however i could be very wrong. I am going to continue tossing the idea around on whether or not to convert it. if i decide to, i will try and get everything i can get pertaining to the leather seat option (modules like you mentioned). Thank you for the info, Frank!

I like the leather idea....for that price it's hard to beat if it's in good shape. I'd say go for it for $200 if the leather is in good condition. That's a steal. You've already got the matching exterior cladding...you'd be lookin' a lot like a Limited.

thats what i was thinking, hell its $200. if i decided i didnt like it i could probably resell it for at lease $300. Then again, who doesnt like leather? I think im going to see if i can get some money together and get the leather interior, the center console piece (since mine is cracked, lightly) the rear hatch, both mirrors, grille, and if the header panel is in good shape maybe that too. see if i cant work out a package deal ;)

my Jeep was pretty beat on before i got it :(

Oh and Tony, this is for you:

he didnt say that he was selling the entire Jeep. But i thought if i went to look at the interior and other parts, i could try and convince him to just sell me the whole thing

im not sure what it is, i figured around tax return time people would be selling off their old JK wheels and getting new ones but something must be in the water here in Ohio, because ive found all these parts in the course of about 3 hours. Except the Freedom wheels, those have been there for a while. the guy originally was asking like $800 for them. i was like HA! RIGHT! id rather hang on the some money lol

When I was in PA there was a good site that always had everything imaginable on it, it came in handy really good when I had my '97 Cherokee Sport.
