did you install the CAN-Bus Anti flicker Caps as well? if not you can purchase a set or if you are pretty comfortable with soldering, you can take the extra piece of wire that came with your HID kit, it looks like an extention wire for your headlights, use this wire strip some of the insulation from the positive and negative wires in the middle and solder in a 4700uF 35V capacitor you can pick these up relatively cheap at radio shack like 2.xx/pc.

this is a simple and easy way to stabilize the power going to HID headlights in a CAN-BUs vehicle. Hope this helps

the cap is NOT NEEDED on an 06.

i would check the ground for the relay on the side that strobes.

that anti flicker stuff is not needed, just check your grounds

x2, the relay will solve the strobe problem. Just double check your grounds.

thats interesting that the jeeps even though since '05 they are CAN-Bus equipped like almost every other MOPAR vehicle, and the caps are needed, i have an 06 Chrysler 300 Limited that i built the above pictured caps for and they along with the relay harness solved the flickering problem in that car.

you dont need them in the WK, just a relay with solid grounds and you will have no problems at all.

With a relay harness you should not have any problems. Only the new Grand Cherokee requires capacitors but the 2005-2010 just needs a harness. Since you are saying the light strobes for about 15 seconds AFTER you turn your lights off it could be an issue with the relay.
